to apply or not? :P
I have 2 questions for you:
1) If you were a freelance designer, would you apply for a job described as follows (text in red)?
2) If the answer is yes, what would you charge per month? :P

If you are a motivated, talented, forward-thinking individual, keep reading.
We are a captivating, expanding company that is seeking extraordinary new team members FULL OF ENERGY who wish to grow with a small company.
We are primarily Internet-based, addressing an important void in the Adult Entertainment industry (and no, we are not at all about porn!).
Our company has an exciting vision for growth that demands a committed team who can think outside the box; a vision that only A+ workers can wrap their head around because they love challenges.
Our firm is currently seeking a p/t graphic web designer.
To fill this position, we desire a professional who is accustomed to working with small companies like ours & is creative in finding ways to stretch a dollar.
A Qualified Job Candidate is one who:
* Has a full portfolio* Can design just headers, or full websites (NO CODING), we are just looking for the design & yes, we do want the PSD files
* Logo design experience an asset* Knows how to optimize graphics
* Has been working online for min. 1-2 years
While your graphic design skills may get your foot in our door, your Interpersonal Skills are just as important. Our Ideal Team Members are:
* Detail-oriented and confident in making suggestions when they see that something may be improved.
* Not just team oriented, but loves to get involved in the growth of companies. You have always been labeled "ambitious".
* healthy - missing work for you is not commonplace.
* Organized, and have the ability to set and meet deadlines.
* Excellent in English communication skills (both written and verbal); able to follow explicit instructions, on the phone and via e-mail.
* Never reluctant to ask questions in an effort to understand the full picture.
* Flexible in redirecting their project plans should a major change arise.
* Ethical, and possessing a strong personal commitment to their word (our word is always golden).
* Friendly, down to earth, and have a heaping dose of common sense.
Do you have what it takes? If so, we'd like to hear from you. Please do the following:
1. Put the keywords "I'm your new graphic web designer" at the top of your bid.
2. Provide us with your online portfolio.
3. Forward us your professional references who can verify your design abilities.
4. Include your best small business hourly rate + a firm price on doing just a header. If you need to see examples of what we are talking about, let us know.
Please note that time is of the essence. If you lack some of the important qualifications listed above, or if you do not have the time or dedication to fulfill this job because of another job to which you are already committed, please do not respond to this ad.
Thank you
